The scraping equipment adopts the mode of double plate scraping, and the width of the scraping plate is determined according to the actual width of zinc ingot. It has the characteristics of good scraping effect, not easy to stick slag, good temperature resistance and high interchangeability.
The edge detection mechanism is added at a certain position before the casting of the zinc ingot to detect the edge of the mold, which is used to control the start and stop of the casting and the start of the slag scraping robot.
A detection baffle is added on the ingot line to detect the baffle through an external photoelectric switch to confirm the position of the foot ingot. The robot is controlled to stop scraping when the foot ingot arrives and automatically start scraping the zinc ingot when the foot ingot passes. If the casting weight of foot ingots and zinc ingots is inconsistent, the casting line frequency can be automatically reduced to increase the casting amount of foot ingots after the arrival of foot ingots is detected.
Robot wear protective clothing, on the one hand to avoid high temperature radiation, on the other hand to prevent zinc ingot liquid splash on the robot body.
