2、The medium preheat temperature differs by less than 100°C from the inlet flue gas temperature, maximizing the recovery of residual flue gas heat. These features make the furnace exceptional in energy conservation and emission reduction, meeting the strict requirements of China's "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Industrial Kiln and Furnace" (DB41/1066-2020).

3、The burner is installed in the furnace top structure, occupying a smaller area and allowing for a more flexible layout.   The combustion and control systems are all installed on the top of the furnace, further reducing the floor area and improving the overall compactness of the furnace.

Top-mounted regenerative burners, with regenerative pulse control and multi-point temperature control, offer higher control precision and more uniform furnace temperature, ensuring the stability of product quality.   The two-position three-way reversing valve has a simple structure, stable and reliable operation, and a lifespan exceeding 1.5 million cycles, guaranteeing long-term stable furnace operation.   The use of an all-fiber refractory module structure for the furnace roof provides stable performance and quick, convenient maintenance, reducing the furnace's maintenance costs.   The ignition system features automatic ignition and flame monitoring functions, interlocked by the control system.   It forces the burner to open when the furnace temperature is below 800°C and automatically cuts off the ignition burner when the temperature rises above 800°C, ensuring operator safety.   A comprehensive safety control system employs gas, air, and compressed air detection to further enhance the safety performance of the furnace.   The heating process can be flexibly set according to the heating curve, meeting the requirements of the heating curve control and ensuring product heating quality.

The temperatures of the furnace chamber and molten aluminum are automatically controlled, with the burner switching to low flame or cutting off the gas when overheated, and automatically switching to high flame to increase temperature when it drops. This effectively controls the formation of oxides in the furnace, further reducing oxidation burnout.
